● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is parking for up to 6 cars.

The second bedroom, featuring two queen-size beds, is perfect for families or friends and also includes its own en suite bathroom. For kids or teens, the third bedroom is designed with two full-over-full bunk beds and a dedicated en suite bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space. The fourth bedroom is equipped with custom-built twin bunks, providing a cosy and fun sleeping arrangement for younger guests, also with its own en suite bathroom.

The home`s open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere ideal for gathering and relaxation. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 must be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Oversized vehicles/caravans are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
