Things to note

- POOL:
I wanted to inform you that the pool has some staining at the bottom and is in need of resurfacing. At this time, we do not have a scheduled date for when this will be completed. However, please rest assured that the pool undergoes regular maintenance and cleaning to ensure it remains safe and enjoyable for guests.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I'm happy to assist!

- PARKING:

No charge for first vehicle. A parking pass is provided inside the condo; please place it on the dashboard when parking at the complex. Be sure to return it to the condo before departure.

⏺ March through the end of September 2025:
Second car parking pass is $20/day.

⏺ Payment can be made by cash or credit card at the complex office to the onsite manager during office hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Sunday).

⏺ If you arrive after office hours, simply visit the office the next morning.

We provide beach chairs and an umbrella to enjoy "Babe's Beach".

⏺ We provide pickleball equipment. 4 paddles and balls.

Great place to stay. Close to everything needed for a get away or a nice pre or post cruise place to stay. We did not use the pool or hot tub due to the temperature so can’t comment on them, Clean, with friendly quick responses to questions. Would stay again if in the area.

Relaxing getaway during work trip

It was so nice to have a relaxing place to stay during a work trip. Loved sitting in the balcony to watch the sunset - or walking across the street to sit on the shore. We had four people staying in the condo and had plenty of space and were very comfortable. Thanks again!

Great place for a getaway

We traveled to Galveston for a birthday trip for my grandson. The location was excellent for the kids…walk across the street to the beach…very close to stores…view from balcony was amazing…beds were comfortable…Queen sized air mattress for additional sleep was a welcomed surprise…condo has everything you need.

Very clean. Great location. They supply everything needed for cooking except the food. Games, beach supplies and more supplied. Nice big patio for relaxing in the early morning or evening. Comfortable beds, lots of towels. Great place!

Perfect place to visit

The property was clean and had an amazing view! The location was perfect for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach was just across the street. Serenity Sunrise Condominium

Fantastic condominium. Very clean, great ocean view and very large balcony. King size bed was the best I have ever slept in while away from home. Cannot recommend this property too much!

Serene and lovely!

This property was so thoughtfully decorated and stocked - beach towels, beach toys, all the towels we could possibly need, and just a quiet, serene escape! I so enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise over the water! The pool and hot tub were great and the quick run across the road to the beach was very convenient. Communication with the property manager was simple and we received prompt replies. I highly recommend this property for a Galveston getaway!

Location & Thought to Details

This condo had it all! Overlooking patio/deck of the gulf and the beach just across the Seawall. The host provided every amenity we could have possibly needed; including snacks and water available as we arrived, which the kids loved after 2 days in the car. Our stay was nothing but perfect. Plus the updates and communication was above and beyond with this trip being just days post hurricane with lots of unknowns.
