Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a leisurely stroll to Pleasure Pier! Newly renovated, but still possesses personality of a historic 19th century home. Fully furnished with brand new central air. Charming and eclectic.

Charming East End cottage three blocks from the beach. Upstairs unit.
Two bedroom, one bathroom.
First bedroom - King Sized Bed.
Second bedroom - Queen Sized Bed

Cottage is on top floor of house. Downstairs unit is Pelican Junior with a separate entrance. Both units are self contained with no shared areas.
