"breakfast was pretty good, staff seemed to be fairly nice, didn’t have a beach view. Pool view was OK. Pool is very, very small and close to the smoking section so you’re gonna have smoking in your face while you’re in the pool. It was pretty far distance from the seawall carnival area, where all the fun stuff is. I stayed just for one night so it wasn’t too bad but the bathtub and bathroom overall needed help! Went to take a shower and found this gooey hair brown disgusting stuff. You couldn’t even see the drain hole. It was all inside the drain. I almost threw up. I quickly put a cover over the top of it with a towel and stayed out of the bathroom as much as possible did not could not take a shower that is not from one visit that’s been there for a very long time and I have pictures. It was one night I didn’t want to complain as I was traveling with the wheelchair and needed their help with my luggage so I didn’t say anything to them. The other problem is I went to Hotels.com to book this in the third point made as an attraction to this hotel was that they provided a shuttle. It was very specific that this is a rare find. I booked it based on that shuttle. I went out for the shuttle the next morning to get to my port for my cruise and there is no shuttle management laughed at me and said they never had a shuttle and they don’t know why that’s on there but they seem to know about it and they’re not doing anything to remove that. I feel like I was involved in a baiting switch"

"There was no parking available. There was a mildew smell in the room. My neighbors were arguing most of the night! Morning we woke up to dogs barking and howling. Lots of fun!!"

"Our stay was amazing. This hotel has been updated. When I visited over 10 years ago it was a sad excuse for a luxury hotel but this last weekend I was suitably impressed. The staff are really nice abd check in was a breeze. Will be bringing the family back soon. The pool was also nice with a swim up bar."

"Staff was extremely helpful. The carpets were kind of filthy and could use the good vacuuming, especially in front of the doors to the rooms and the tables could’ve been wiped off a little better in the rooms and the shower had a little black mold around the bottom, other than that, the place was fantastic. Perfect Location I’m sure it’s just because the quick turnaround they can’t get everything exactly perfect would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again"
