Entire bungalow available, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home on a quiet street with fully fenced yard. Short walk to the beach and trolly that runs along the Seawall. Walking distance to convenient stores and a few local restaurants. There is a city water park a block away that would be great to entertain young kids. Close proximity to the convention center. Washer and Dry in home and available for use.
The space
Main bedroom with king bed has a large closet that can be used to hang clothes or fold on shelves and a desk for workspace. Secondary bedroom with two twin beds, has small chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have a TV with smart features. Full kitchen with all the things you would need to cook. Fenced in backyard with accessibility to use driveway and if smaller vehicle there is a garage. Bathroom has shower only.
Other things to note
Dogs are allowed with a $125 fee per visit.
