Blocks to the Strand and to the Seawall
Recently renovated and beautifully refurbished, this charming Galveston residence offers an inviting retreat for groups seeking an unforgettable getaway.
4 beautifully decorated bedrooms - one king bedroom on main level, two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds on the upper level.
3.5 spacious bathrooms – 2 full bathrooms on the upper level and one full and one ½ bathroom on the main level.
Occupancy Policy For a comfortable stay and in accordance with our house rules, the home accommodates up to 6 adults (18+) maximum - up to 8 guests total with children.
We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 6 (regardless of age). Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.
An additional fee of $50 per guest per night will be charged if the number of overnight guests exceeds the number on the reservation. Exceeding property max will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 10 including children.
Parking The driveway can accommodate two vehicles depending on size, and there is street parking. No parking permitted on the grass. Carpooling is recommended.
Pet Policy Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 60lbs each - NO exceptions - $95 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets. An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.
Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.
Additional Information Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, able to provide government issued photo ID, and have completed the verification process on Airbnb/VRBO, OR have at least one five-star guest review. NO third-party bookings permitted. The primary guest that books must be at the home for all the nights.
