The ladys on check in & check out were great. The room was clean. Placto eat and drink near by. The only negative thing is the mattress is very uncomfortable., they've been better befor not sure what changed.

Ocean view from 10th floor ! facilities never felt crowded unlike some of the lower dollar hotels. Will definitely consider this facility next Galveston visit. The staff was special….. all of them.

The room was ok needs some updates done in the bathroom no exhaust fan shower was hard to get into needs to be a walk in not a tub. The room was very damp because of the humid weather I’m sure but it was uncomfortable and the biggest problem was the door to the patio did not lock it was broken so ...
