The “restaurant “ was just a room in the house where breakfast is served for an extra charge. I feel the “hotel” misrepresented themselves.

We arrived after 7 pm and the manager did leave instructions how to get in and left the keys to the room for us. We had a problem with the toilet flushing properly. We did not feel the property merited the cost and breakfast was not included.

It was the best place ever. It is about a mile walk to the promenade. The owner is very accommodating. He was so very helpful. He went above and beyond. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. We can't say enough. ☆☆☆☆☆

Terrible
After arriving late fo check in, we were given instructions over the phone to get into the building while the owner was actually inside... we got up to our room and were horrified at the tiny dog box! Terrible and bland, view to just rubbish in the back yard, went back down stairs and phoned them up and asked if we could have another room we had seen down the hall which was at least a decent size, we stayed 2 nights and never was greeted or had any interaction with the owners at all, was so weird! The family must live up stairs as they were so loud until 11-12pm on both nights with little kids running around, was so loud couldn’t even hear the TV, the walls were paper thin, so no I would recommend this place to any of my friends!

Disappointing
More like student digs than a B & B - Very overpriced - No atmosphere - poor amenities in room - very overheated - no bedside table or lamp - no shaving point , dirty windows and a tatty bed cover on bed - bits on floor - The house had a kitchen amenity area on each level yet every cupboard was completely empty and there were no cloths washing up liquid or tea spoons or anything at all. The ground floor is occupied by permanent residents one of which kindly found me a tea spoon and some sugar for my room. I would not stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato fortunatamente solo per una notte, pagando un prezzo esorbitante per un b&b posizionato a più di 10 minuti di auto dal centro città, e ci è stata assegnata una stanza totalmente diversa dalle foto e dal livello di comfort pubblicizzate su Expedia: la camera era minuscola, il letto alla francese appoggiato al muro su un lato, il mobilio decisamente obsoleto e lo spazio insufficiente per aprire una valigia. Inoltre la manutenzione del bagno lasciava decisamente a desiderare: l’asse del wc era rotta così come la luce dello specchio! Abbiamo chiesto il cambio della stanza, che non abbiamo ottenuto, la riparazione che non è stata effettuata e come unico “risarcimento” ci è stata offerto la colazione.
