Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Excellent views of the Santoña nature reserve from all its rooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. It is fully furnished with a kitchen and high-end bathrooms.
The apartment has a large terrace of 23 m2, garden of 79 m2 and closed garage.
Very quiet area and very well connected. The urbanization has a swimming pool with children's area, swings and green areas.
It is located 20 minutes from Santander, 35 minutes from Bilbao and 10 minutes from the beaches of Berria (Santoña), Noja and Laredo.

The house is very bright with very good east and south orientation.

Buenas vacaciones
