It was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of room for our group of 8 to stay comfortably.Host Lance was very responsive and quick to help with any questions, and the property manager was excellent throughout our stay.Highly recommend this place!"

"We told reception that we needed a lightbulb on the side of the bed so that we could read. The one side didn’t work. She said they didn’t have any bulbs. Who runs a hotel without replacement bulbs? Nobody was at the desk numerous times….. not a good feeling"

"It was ok. Check in could have been quicker. The room, although a bit dated, was clean. The TV didn't work. The "buffet " breakfast consisted of bread, a few muffins, jam, juice boxes and luke warm coffee. Very disappointing. "

We cherished our stay so much that we've already made a reservation for July, as we anticipate that the town of Gananoque is more tranquil in the winter compared to the vibrant spring and summer months. "Pangea House is lovely and very centrally located. The owners are very welcoming and the house is decorated beautifully yet is very comfortable. Our room was great and the breakfast was exceptional. We really appreciated Geoff’s flexibility. We particularly enjoyed being able to play Scrabble by the fire. Highly recommend."
