Magnificent Apartment very complete in Playa de Gandia with three bedrooms, all with ceiling fan, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, it has a full bathroom with bathtub and a toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room with sofa and armchairs with access to the terrace. Air conditioning in the living room. It has East-Southeast-Southwest orientation, all exterior. Includes garage space and WIFI internet.

The Atenas complex has a communal swimming pool and is 450m from the sea.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!

The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.



Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena 7 minutos andando a la playa.La agencia muy profesional y rápida. Lo único uno que cambiaría los ventiladores de techo de las habitaciones que están un poco obsoletos, el resto muy contentos playa cerca, restaurantes y supermercados Los ventiladores de techo de las habitaciones.
