Infante E5-11º Solo Familias!

Cosy studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the eleventh floor with fabulous sea and beach views. South-facing apartment, as is the terrace. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with shower tray, small and practical kitchen leading to the living-dining room. From here, access is gained to a large terrace with awning and fabulous sea and mountain views. Includes WIFI and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Capacity 2/4 people.

Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 10 kg.

The INFANTE building has a communal swimming pool with children's pool, common areas with swings for children and tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and La Colonia Ducal. All types of services are available in its surroundings.

YOUNG GROUPS UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after inspection of the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.

Llevo ya años confiando en esta agenda y los que me quedan, y recomendándola a todos los que me preguntan, el apartamento muy bien, un acierto la lámpara en habitación, sería ideal otra igual en salón , es la tercera vez que estoy en este apartamento y encantada, por poner un pero , las almohadas que son imposibles, pero todo lo demás genial, encantada y dispuesta a repetir.... Almohadas y quizás la nevera no enfríe del todo bien, pero, ya han mejorado varias cosas y genial

Es la tercera vez que estoy en este alojamiento, encantada, , con el cambio de sofá ya maravilloso, estar aún pues de la playa y sus vistas, faltaría alguna regleta para poder enchufar cosas pero calidad increíble, la atención del personal de la agencia, estupendo, vamos, vuelvo a repetir el próximo verano y ya van unos cuantos. ..mil gracias. Faltaría alguna regleta en el piso para enchufar cosas pero por lo demás todo genial, ....

El trato, la ubicación, limpieza, que está todo cerca y en primera línea que no tiene precio. Por poner una pega, el sofá- cama está ya mayor, es ruidoso e incómodo para dormir, imposible descansar, hace cinco años estuve en ese mismo estudio, con otra agencia, y se nota el paso del tiempo y el uso en estos años....

Muy buena ubicación

Es pequeño, pero tal como en las fotos, las vistas formidables, cruzas la calle y estas en la arena. La puerta del apartamento suena un poco como un taladro cuando hay mucha corriente. La perrita estuvo genial en el piso. La inmobiliaria genial el personal muy amables y para evitar volver a xeraco nos dijeron que dejáramos las llaves dentro y nos devolvieron la fianza enseguida. Volveremos sin duda.
