HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• NO PETS ALLOWED.

• Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the residential community during both siesta hours and nighttime hours. Therefore, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Parties or gatherings that disrupt the neighbors’ peace and coexistence.
- Loud music or excessive noise.

• Moving furniture between rooms is not permitted under any circumstances. Some furniture items are secured to the walls.

• Parking Space:
- Parking space No. 39 is assigned to the apartment.
- Only vehicles with a maximum height of 1.80 meters are permitted.
- Vehicles exceeding this height will not be able to access the parking area and must be parked on the street.

• Bed Linen and Towels:
- One set of clean bed linen and towels will be provided for each person registered in the reservation.

• Personal Toiletries:
- Please bring your own personal hygiene products, including soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and any other toiletries you may require.

• Dishwasher and Washing Machine:
- Guests wishing to use the dishwasher or washing machine must provide their own detergent and cleaning products.

• Air Conditioning and Ventilation:
- The three double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heat pump units.
- The living room and the fourth single bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans.

• Swimming Pool:
- Open from June 15th to September 15th.
- Opening hours:
- 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

• All guests are required to provide their personal details for registration in the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26.

• Under no circumstances may more guests stay in the property than the number of persons indicated in the reservation.

• All guests must sign a Tourist Accommodation Rental Agreement between the property owner and the guests.

• All guests must sign a Photographic Inventory Report detailing the furniture, equipment, and contents existing in the tourist accommodation.
