Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in reusable containers; guests must bring their own toothpaste and toothbrush or purchase them. It was nice to be able to watch the sunrise right from my room on a morning when the temperature had dropped. Also it is a place where you can view both the sea and the lake from the front and back of the building.

1. Lake view room has a great view. 2. If you go to 20th floor, you can enjoy nice sea view and mountain view. 3. Go to the beach to walk around. I felt very safe and pleasant to walk beach at night (many people enjoy walking, drinking, listening busking music). 3. You can buy cup noodle at the conveient store in the first floor and eat it at your room (room has a coffee port to boil water) 4. In the first floor, they sell burger set at reasonable prices ($10 or so) 5. For dinner, we went to 20th floor buffet restaurant. Food was so so (quite disappointing quality) but the view was fantastic. About CAD $100. Beer and wine are included in the buffet. Highly recommend this buffet experience not because of food but because of view. 6. Infinity pool in 20th floor looks great.

The staff were very nice and efficient. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The gym is wonderful! The hotel layout was well organized and made sense. The additional fees to use amenities, things being closed without warning, no in-room control of the AC, and wait times for elevators made it a very good stay instead of an excellent stay.

Very nice hotel. I had an ocean view room - well worth it with the beautiful view. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. A very nice bathroom. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel is directly opposite the beach. The hotel was clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast was very good. There are also reasonably priced coffee shops and other dining alternatives for lunch and dinner I didn't use the gym, but I expect the view from the 20th floor is something. Next time. Overall, a great stay.

We had a great time staying here. Only thing I’ll say is you only get one key and you need it for the lights in the room so when one of us went to do laundry we had to take the key with us and the person in the room couldn’t use the lights
