Welcome to your Saratoga getaway! Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just 10 minutes from the Saratoga Race Course and vibrant downtown Saratoga Springs, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience.

With over 3,700 square feet of finished living space—including a 2,700-square-foot main level** and an additional 1,000-square-foot finished basement—there is plenty of room for families and groups to relax and spread out.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, surrounded by mature trees and a vinyl privacy fence. Enjoy the pool in a peaceful setting, or unwind beneath the beautiful 18' × 16' covered pavilion, complete with an 85-inch Samsung Smart TV**—the perfect spot to watch the big game, enjoy movie nights, or simply relax outdoors.

The home features four comfortable bedrooms, each prepared with freshly laundered premium linens and duvet covers before every stay. Luxury towels are also provided to ensure a comfortable, hotel-quality experience throughout your visit.


Also features a heated Mountain Lake Inground pool, Pool table, Poker table, Dart board, Ping pong table, 1954 jukebox, and there are 12 television's located throughout this house.

Dressers will be emptied for weekend rentals. The Office, master bedroom closet, garage, and unfinished area in the basement will be locked and not accessible.

Sheets, towels, pillows, and bedding will be provided. Please leave our home in the same condition we provided.
