"The room was relatively clean, but…… -water in sink didn’t drain (even tho I asked to have it looked at) -tv didn’t have Netflix, etc options -lighting in room was poor -not enough outlets in the room -housekeeping didn’t clean or restock the room once in the entire 4 nights I was there -“free breakfast” consisted of a coffee pot, toaster, a glass display (where I saw 1 bagel one morning) and a bowl (I saw an orange in it one day). Location very good. Near northway, shopping, restaurants."

"It was a pleasure to stay at the Comfort Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY! The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, the entire was hotel clean and tidy, and the big bonus was the breakfast, including hot food items (eggs, sausage, and waffles). We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Saratoga."

"The room was very clean and spacious. We were only here for one night by the time we finished things at home and traveled up. The only thing that bothered me was the amount of chlorine in the pool but I understand with the amount of people in and out it needs it but sitting trying to watch my kids swim my eyes were burning. Otherwise I would definitely stay again."

"The ENTIRE hotel needs a BIG RENOVATION. It hasn't been touched in over 25 years since it's opened. If it has, it didn't last very long. Bathrooms are dirty and falling apart. Mattresses have HUGE depressions in them from being so old. Curtains are stained, ripped, broken and dusty. Hallway rug is ripped and stained. There is dust in the lobby from floor to ceiling. The ceiling lights haven't been clean in what looks like years. The food establishments serve barely warm food and get the orders wrong consistently. Food PRICES ARE OUTRAGIOUS! $12 FOR one regular hot dog!!! INSANE!!! Hotel staff are polite and nice. Indoor water park is a waste of your time. Not enough tunes for people on the lazy river. Floor is dirty and slimy, an athletes foot haven! The staff cannot control the unruly kids. Lifeguards act weird. They dont seem to understand basic requests or complaints. Im not saying this to be mean or not PR, but the lifeguards seem to be severely autistic. With head twitches and odd behavior. They cannot communicate to you very well and seem just completely overwhelmed. Hence the unruly kids. Certainly NOT SAFE for aquatic supervision."

"More food options would be nice. We stayed during the week, so the only restaurant open was in the casino and they close at 8! The high end restaurant is only open weekends. The small food and beverage option was a small room next to check in. Coffee other drinks, cereal was only option."
