Outside, there is a private terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or simply relax and a fully fenced garden for your exclusive use, ensuring the safety of your pets (up to two medium-sized animals are welcome). A heated, private and fenced swimming pool will be available from May 2026, located in the garden.
