Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal

Bon rapport qualité prix

La chambre est petite mais si on réserve directement sur le site de l'hôtel et non pas sur une plateforme comme hôtel.com le prix est tout à fait raisonnable la deuxième que j'ai passé j'ai payé 58 € en passant directement par l'hôtel au lieu de 76 € par le site de Hotels.com. Le petit plus : le plateau bouilloire thé, café car le petit-déjeuner est à 13 euros.

Hôtel sans Climatisation , si vous la voulez il faudra rajouter 15€ pour avoir une chambre « supérieure «  avec Climatisation . Malheureusement cette dernière devait être en panne car ne faisait que brasser l air ambiant . D après l acceuil Il faut du temps pour qu elle refroidisse …. Après avoir payer le surclassement pour la climatisation vous recevez un mail disant que vous avez droit à un surclassement gartuit car client vip … A éviter absolument en période estivale avec les chaleur actuelle …

Je suis déçue il faisait très froid à mon arrivée la chambre n’était pas chauffée alors que dehors il faisait -8 degrés. Malgres avoir mis la Clim à fond j’avais froid. Et le coup de grâce ça a été le manque d’eau chaude lorsque je suis allé à l’accueil pour demander on m’a dit oui il y a un plombier qui vient demain sans excuse sans avoir prévenu en amont super…j’ai dû laver les cheveux à l’eau froide et j’ai passé une nuit à avoir froid…je suis tombé malade le lendemain. Malgres avoir rempli leur questionnaire de satisfaction je n’ai même pas eu de retour de leur part…dommage restaurant attenant très bon

Franchement on attendait mieux… chambre trop petite, pas de Frigo , Il y avait que Des lampes achevées pas de lumière principale… Il fallait leurs dire à chaque fois pour changer la poubelle Et de toute notre séjour ils ont nettoyé la chambre qu’une seule fois…

Bonne literie, chambre propre et bien entretenue. Seule déception, bien que client GOLD de Hôtels.com, le surclassement n’a pas pu être attribué. C’était la condition pour bénéficier de la climatisation, appréciable en période de fortes chaleurs. Le restaurant partenaire Bistrok sert de très bons plats, malheureusement service long. Arrivés à 19h, nous sommes sortis à 20h30 après un seul plat, renonçant à prendre un dessert pourtant bien appétissant.
