Cocoonr agency offers this 26 m² air-conditioned studio apartment with sauna for rent in Gap. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 12 m² sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200) and a video projector
- A dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

The garage with sauna and gym is shared with the owners who live above the studio. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also shared with the owners.

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace and private garden, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A garage (shared with the owners) with sauna and gym (treadmill, indoor bike, elliptical, etc)

The studio is ideally located in Gap, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private car park (2 spaces). A charging point for electric vehicles is located in the car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gap, about 1 km away
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, about 100 km away

Other remarks:
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with a surveillance camera filming the car park only.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €10/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- The accommodation has reversible air conditioning.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
