" 주인 내외분이 친절하셨으며 함께 운영하는 분위기있는 카페가 좋았습니다. 그러나 시설은 사진과는 달리 노후되었고 전반적으로 관리에 소홀한 느낌이 있었습니다. 머물렀던 방에 테이블과 의자가 없는게 제일 아쉬웠습니다. (방바닥에 앉아서 간식거리를 먹어야 했음ㅜㅜ) 뷰는 방에 따라서 복불복이 있으니 참고하세요."

Shinhwa Jeju Shinhwa World Hotel & Resorts

6/10 Okay

"I stayed for three nights. On the second day, when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which caused my clothes in the suitcase to get wet. I informed the staff, and they promptly changed our room and arranged for my clothes to be laundered the next day. Although I was shocked by the leak, the staff’s quick and apologetic response alleviated my concerns. The resort was large, and aside from this incident, I was pleased with their service."

"The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age. For the price they don't include much with the room. Beds for the pool are extra cost. Basically everything is going to cost an extra fee. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price. The hotel is very expensive and not worth the price. They seem to be obsessed with squeezing every penny out of every guest as much as possible. And we had to wait in line to check out. Not a great stay. The facilities are not so good that they live up to the price. The hotel could definitely use a remodel. We won't stay here again."

"a very cosy hotel that is ideal for couples retreat. we have enjoyed our stay there except that there was no restaurant in operation after the morning breakfast. This posed some challenges when heavy rain took place in 2 of our 4 nights' stay there. We have to drive out to find food which is very inconvenient."

"Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were."

"Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful! Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this. Will be recommending the hotel to family and friends."

"This was such a cute little place to stay. We were looking for a tour of the island without having to go back into the city and the front desk staff were very helpful in finding us an English speaking guide. There’s not a lot around to walk to as far as restaurants go, but we did partake in the 2 closest ones to our hotel and both restaurants were excellent."
