"Petite pépite sur l’île de Jeju. La chambre était impeccablement propre et très grande. Grande baie vitrée vue mer avec un magnifique couché de soleil. Spa très appréciable sur la terrace. Il y avait de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés (tranches de brioches, confiture, œufs, jus de pomme). Les photos ne reflétaient pas assez la beauté de la chambre et des lieux."

"Excellent location in south west Jeju. Hard to get mass transit here from airport. About a 30-45 minutes drive from the airport. Free underground parking with in and out privileges. Service top notch throughout property starting with arrival staff to service team on property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Complimentary cold water in mini fridge. Minbar drinks and snacks for purchase in room. Pour over coffee and tea for free. Property is amazingly large with pool, water slides, movie nights in the pool, poolside services, nature walking trail, beach access below the bluff. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the area if you don’t want to eat on site. 7-11 on property and one next door. Starbucks and McDonald’s within walking distance. Also other Korean restaurants. Lots of themed museums around the area. Highly recommend this location. Quieter compared to Jeju city. Reminded us of being in Maui. Would definitely stay again."

"This was the best resort our family has ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Our son absolutely loved the racing car bed—it was the highlight of the trip for him and made our stay even more memorable. The resort was very family-friendly, and we appreciated how comfortable and relaxing everything felt. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and unique touches for children really set this place apart. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a wonderful vacation experience."

"Hotel was ok and the room was nice however the pool was half closed as was the water park and theme park. Definitely of note the water park charges extra for inner tubes and life jackets and requires everyone to wear life jackets in the wave pool and lazy river which is unusual."

"I stayed for three nights. On the second day, when I returned to my hotel room, I noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which caused my clothes in the suitcase to get wet. I informed the staff, and they promptly changed our room and arranged for my clothes to be laundered the next day. Although I was shocked by the leak, the staff’s quick and apologetic response alleviated my concerns. The resort was large, and aside from this incident, I was pleased with their service."

"This hotel is missing the target by quite a long way. There are two issues and both are the responsibility of the leadership. Firstly its remote, no good local restaurants or bars within a reasonable walk. Given that fact its frankly amazing that the hotel has just one very poor offering and it closes for two hours in late afternoon so if you fancy a pre dinner drink on your holiday, forget it. And then there are the rules! … As you check in you will be handed two sheets of them, and they cannot under any circumstances be flexed. To avoid a long explanation, let me give just one. They offer you a welcome drink, coffee or soft drinks are allowed. We chose two Americano’s but we were refused a splash of milk , the rules said that we had to pay for the milk! So we did. Recommendation to the hotel, tear up the rules and empower your team, tell them to have just one purpose, to focus on making their guests feel welcome, isnt that the purpose of a good hotel??"
