San Ignacio Hotel Guide - García Sisters' Place hotels in San Ignacio, Belize.

"Great property (seemingly) as we stayed for a night. Main issue: we came in at 12:30 to check-in (2pm reservation) - the property was empty (1 guest) but they refused to get us rooms till 2pm. We were hoping to freshen up before we headed to the next spot - we ended up going to the next spot & returning at 10pm & check-out at 6am. In short we’re not sure what the property has to offer but disappointed with the check-in capability with an empty resort. "

"Incredible service. The property was not as fancy as some other resorts in Belize, but the staff made up for this . The food at cafe was good too. Comfortable bed. "

"We liked the pool and pool bar on hot afternoons. We stayed in the cabins; the trees have bright lights at night. We did have a small room lizard, scorpion, and ants on different nights, but the staff quickly noted and fixed a running toilet issue."

"We loved our stay at Monkey Falls Cabins. It was perfect for our family of 8. We had everything we needed. Communication with host was excellent. She always got back to us within minutes. Super easy check in. Also there is a restaurant where they will make you breakfast and dinner. Rosa and Laura are excellent cooks and very accommodating to our schedule. We would just say what time we wanted breakfast/dinner and send in our order and it was always ready on time. They were super generous and answered any questions we had. This place is a perfect hideaway in the jungle of Belize. We loved it!!!!"

"Our stay was great, the place is very tranquil and well maintained, although some of the advertised amenities are not available. The hiking trails and the complimentary kayaks are not there so this information should be removed from the property description as misleading."
