"Loved everything about the place. Except the cameras on each floor of the balcony kinda makes you feel lack of privacy. And having a tv in the master bedroom where your only able to watch dvds on and no dvds provided .minimal things. But other than that we would stay there again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Conestoga Ranch! We stayed with two adults and three children, and the wagon had plenty of space for all of us. Everything was very clean, and we were especially impressed with the number of bathrooms throughout the property. Even with a full resort, it was easy to shower and use the facilities without long waits.
The fire pits were one of our favorite parts of the stay, and the fire pit valet service was such a fun and convenient touch. The on-site restaurant was delicious and made meals easy since it was just a short walk away. The location of the resort was also very convenient for exploring Bear Lake.
Our kids loved the arcade. While a few of the games were out of order, they still had a great time.
The only minor downside was that the wagon was a little warm when we first went to bed, but that’s understandable for July. It cooled down nicely overnight, and the fans provided in the wagons made a big difference.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Was a great home to have our 3 night family reunion. We wished we had booked a longer stay. There were plenty of beds for sleeping and seating for meals. The toys in the bonus room were a huge hit for the littles. Ping pong, air hockey, and pickleball were a hit for all ages. The views from the deck were amazing. Would 100% recommend and would book again."

"Amazing host who communicates clearly and promptly! The house is absolutely amazing! We had a spectacular time celebrating my parents 50th anniversary and reunion here with my siblings and nieces and nephews! The views are breath taking!!! Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon!"
"We had a family reunion here over the Fourth of July. It was the perfect location for the lake, all of the activities we love to do in Garden City and for the fireworks! The kids loved the play areas and the yard was perfect for activities. Plenty of places to sleep, store and prepare food, park our vehicles, and gather! We would come back and highly recommend this property!"
Big Blue Bear Lake | Sleeps 65, MEGA home, Event Friendly, Sports Court & More!
10/10 Excellent
"We had a family reunion with 17 adults and 16 kids and loved staying at the Big Blue Bear Lake house! Our host, Jake, was very responsive & super helpful during our stay. The view of the lake was gorgeous from every level of the house, and we enjoyed cooking dinners and eating on the shaded lawn & at the picnic tables on the patio. Having two kitchens and three refrigerators helped for storage and spreading out the cooking. The sports court was perfect for the kids (young & old) to get energy out & play a multitude of games, and the theater room was great for movie night with the surround sound! The sleeping arrangements worked out fine, and the older kids thought it was cool to sleep in the Murphy beds and bunk room off the sports court. The location of the house was really nice for quick access to Garden City shopping, Go-carts & the Adventure Park, and an easy drive to Rendezvous Beach for a swimming day! Our family also enjoyed Logan Canyon, Limber Pine trail, Tony Grove Lake, Rock Climbing & Fossil digging! We had a fabulous time & would love to come back, again!"
