Welcome to Blue Lagoon, a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in Garden City with sweeping views of Bear Lake and the marina! Sleeping up to 10 guests, this home features a king suite, two queen rooms, and two queen pull-out sofas. Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy HOA pool access, and dine al fresco on the furnished patio. With WiFi, Smart TVs, and modern comforts, Blue Lagoon is the perfect year-round getaway for families & groups!

Blue Lagoon offers 1,400 sq ft of modern comfort with a thoughtful layout for groups and families. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, while two additional bedrooms feature queen beds. Two queen sofa beds in the living room expand sleeping capacity to 10. Smart TVs are in the living room and all bedrooms, plus Starlink WiFi supports streaming and remote work. Central heating and air keep the home comfortable year-round, ensuring a relaxing stay in every season.
