    The space
    Please note: Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions.

    Guests will enter the home through the front door, which will open with a digital door code. Once inside, the vintage vibes of the knotty pine walls will welcome you inside. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV, which opens to the spacious dining room! The fully-equipped kitchen is just off the living space. There is a second living area towards the back of the home, which overlooks the backyard and has two futons!

    The bedrooms can be found down the hallway at the front of the house. The first and second bedroom has a king bed in each. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with its two twin-over-twin bunk beds!
    The backyard is the highlight of our home. There is a large pool for you and your guests to enjoy, as well as an outdoor bar/seating area. You'll also find a covered porch with seating!

    Between the arts & culture, the surrounding nature, and the amenities, this house is the perfect place for families and friends to gather! Easy access to the airport. Pet-friendly with a fee.

    Enjoy the best food, nightlife, art, and history our charming city has to offer!

    NOTE: We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Okay let me first say that this place is beautiful and would be a perfect place to stay IF they had a proper clean up crew and someone to actually take care of the property. Ample enough space for my family of 7, and the yard was perfect for the pups. Now let get to the problems.. 1st my kids were so excited about being able to hop in the pool after our long 16hr drive from Iowa. But unfortunately my children were highly disappointed when we arrived and you can tell the pool hasn't been serviced in a long time. It was so dirty, cloudy, so much debris and bugs and it wasn't running at all it was nasty. No one could sleep on the pullout bed in the living room bcuz the mattress has no cover and it is badly stained. Bring your own sheets towels and blankets bcuz they ones here are really out dated and stained. My younger children found a Samsung cell phone between the sheets and blanket in the bunk bed room. Their were seafood in the kitchen trash can so imagine the smell in GA heat. Both the trash and recycling cans outside were completely full. Our first night 2 of my kids took cold showers due to us not knowing about the small water heater so it's very easy to run out of hot water. U definitely need shower shoes. The real messed up part is I got fast responses until I started asking questions, then I was left on read... With a new owner and a real cleaning/maintenance crew this place would shine but right now I wouldn't recommend this place at all especially not for this price
