    This three-story condo enjoys the perfect Garden City location, on a gentle slope that provides a commanding view of the water. You'll be about 200 yards from the community pool and tennis courts, half a mile from Bear Lake State Park, and just over a mile north of downtown. It's a lovely spot to relax after a day spent boating from the marina, pedaling on the bike path, ATVing or hiking on local trails, or skiing Beaver Mountain.



    Each of the condo's three floors has its own balcony or patio, giving you wonderful outdoor spaces for morning coffee, alfresco lunches, evening cocktails, and everything in between.



    Inside, the main living space is on the second floor, with central air running throughout the condo for your comfort. Enjoy a front living room with a gas fireplace and a cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room with an adjoining den that offers even more after-dinner seating.
