Lift, passages and everywhere it was stinking with marijuana. Uncleaned floor in the room, very sticky..shower wasn't great either..room was with very bare minimum stuff..

Terrible service we were robbed from Expedia and the hotel together they charged us for $2500 forn14 day of hotel room and on day 7 of our reservation we ere notified the Expedia didn’t pay our money to the hotel and the hotel manager (a raciest person) kicked us out from our rooms and Expedia never pay us back the money saying the hotel was paid on time. Neither hotel or Expedia did nothing and we were without hotel rooms and they took our money of the reservation. Never use these racist hotel or Expedia they don’t honor their business.

Nothing what is advertised. Full size beds only 150 sqft rooms, and no suites. People that were all staying here were long term. Do not stay here!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
No one was at the desk. I had to call the hotel to get someone to come. When we got there he said he called to tell me they were overbooked. If you reserve a room, doesn't that mean your guaranteed a room? He somehow finds us a room then talks us the hotel is a long term tenancy hotel. The room stunk. Too much to list what was wrong with this overpriced $50 a night hotel. We paid $260 for 2 nights. Seems like nobody cared about customer service. The young man and the happy groundskeeper or maintainence man was nice.

I definitely will not stay here again or recommend this property to anyone else. The hotel is run down offering nothing that you are accustomed to in a hotel room i.e. pens, clothes iron etc. The shower leaked and sprayed water all over, the bed mattress was old. There appear to be a lot of suspicious activities happening in an around the property but it lacks security.

I did not stay at this hotel. The staff acknowledged that the property was under renovation and offered to let me look at the room before proceeding. The elevator as dirty. The hallway carpeting was dirty. The room was only partially furnished. The clerk cancelled my reservation. I was still charged for the room.

the microwave was dirty, the bathroom just as dirty, the floor had a sticky liquid, it's my worst experience. the toiletr was noisy because of the water leak making noise all night.

Great room, well put together. Only thing to note is slight disrepair of certain aspects of the facility but otherwise a great experience. Great staff that were very helpful and accommodating.

I liked that the front desk staff was very friendly . Cons about the room is that there was hair in the bed , grease stains everywhere , black hand prints on the walls , dirty tub and the floors only had sanitizer thrown on them so it was incredibly slippery when walking around .

I didn’t like the fact that the air conditioner was leaking and the GM act like it wasn’t a big deal just gave me some rags and trash bag. I also didn’t like that the back door didn’t work so you had to go around to the side to get back in. Also they need to change the policy on refunds. I paid for a week but only stayed two nights. GM refused to give me a refund talking about is it an emergency. I will never stay at this or any Woodspring hotel anymore.

Elevator was broke the whole time had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Room had a funny smell. Went and bought sheets and pillows from Walmart. But the front desk employees were very nice and friendly.

The entire property was disgusting. The room was nasty the entire property smelled and when I asked the front desk worker why were the conditions so horrible, she advised me because construction workers and long stay individuals are who stay there. We left I did not check in the room!

The stairwells smelled like pot and people stood out in the parking lot and yelled all night. I could even hear the phonr vibrating in the room next door. We were able to leave a day early but there are no refunds on your first week. Dont think i will stay there again.

Bed was uncomfortable, i had to go to Walmart to buy a mattress topper to help my back. If i could have, i would have gone somewhere else. Staff was very friendly but the rooms just are not up to par. My room also had trash it in and the floors were disgusting like it had not been cleaned properly.
