"There is a grouchy neighbor who made it so we couldn’t use the hot tub at all after 10:00 pm (even for just normal speaking voices). The kitchen was fully equipped to accommodate a crowd. The house was beautiful and clean. We were able to find everything we needed. The two separate houses are sufficiently separated for space and privacy. The barn and silo has a ton of parking space on the property as there’s no street parking permitted in Garden City. "
