"Family Paradise was the perfect setting for my family to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The house was set on a beautiful cove with breathtaking lake views. We enjoyed the kayaks, slide, and jump platform. We tried to fish , but were never able to catch anything. Shannon was very responsive and able to answer all questions we had leading up to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope we can again soon."

"We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....

"The house is comfortable, and it is as stated in the listing. I didn’t read that one bedroom doesn’t have a door between the other bedroom and the door to it from the other room has a big window with no curtain, but it is in the listing so beware. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you for a nice stay!"

"Family traveled for the SEC Tournament! Was in a perfect location and had plenty of room to spread out and rest in comfort. There is a train that passes at night so that was a surprise, but wasn’t extremely loud. Definitely would stay again next year!"

"Charles was amazing and helped in so many ways. As soon as I would text him, he would respond in the next few minutes. The house was just beautiful!!! Wr loved the basemen!!! The entire house was so clean, and the beds was so comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of it. They had a stocked coffee bar, snacks, water, and fruits. The makeup wipes was an excellent touch. The neighborhood is kept up and clean as well. This will forever be my first choice to stay when we visit Birmingham."

"We love staying at the lake house. It is perfect for my family and our second time to rent this property. The property's is conveniently located close to the interstate and nearby stores. We really enjoyed the porch and swimming from a nice swim deck. They have a great game room which was perfect for three preteens and 1 teenager. The owner quickly responds to questions and provides good info. Highly recommend!!!"
