"We had two rentals for parents and grandparents to attend Colby graduation. The treehouses are just beautiful and the managers have thought of and provided for every need. We were close enough to the campus but in such a gorgeous lakeside spot; it was perfect. The manager is the most kind and responsive person. "My husband and I stayed at Ocean Breeze with our 15 month old daughter. It was a tight squeeze for the pack n play, but we managed just fine! The cottage had everything we needed for a HQ for exploring the area. Having outdoor seating was really nice as well! We loved the guide that was provided as well. Greg was very quick to respond and checked in often to assure we had everything we needed. We loved our time on Pemaquid Peninsula."

"The renter is not worth coming about the fact that her home is on a very steep hill. I told her I was a senior and had foot and ankle and knee surgeries and had a hard time walking. I saved up to rent a place all year. When I got there I had to call her to find out how to get to the lake. It is so steep I couldn't find an entrance to the lake, I finally found a foot wide muddy, slippery path which was 90 degrees straight up and down.
