This place was amazing! The apartment was huge and so clean. The view and property is breathtaking. We loved petting the horses and hiking right behind the barn. Would def stay again!

If you need a place to stay, not sure you would find a better one. They had everything we needed for a great relaxing stay. Everything was clean. All the amenities were there as well as anything needed to use them. The views of the mountains here were incredible for sunrise and sets. The Barn is as described, and much nicer when you get there. The host was quick to respond to questions. There was ample wildlife to see from the property. I could sit for an hour and watch the marmots play, listen to the Elk bugle in the distance and count the mule deer on the runway. Those I think would be normal, but when the Grizzley walked by that capped off the entire trip. We had been in the park for 5 days and not seen a bear. Just needed to relax at our Montana home and have one come by. I will definitely be back and will stay at the McDonald Ranch. We have already recommended it to multiple people. Absolutely 5 Stars

Very nice home. The only thing bad about it was it was on a long gravel road and we ended up with a flat tire. Nobody in the area fixes tires on the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, peaceful, and beautiful views. Located near one of less crowded entrances to Yellowstone National Park. Would stay here again if in the area!
