Sweet new Tiny House by the Yellowstone River

The tiny house is a perfect cozy home away from home for your magical winter visit! If you have been a guest at our Cabin By the River, you are going to love our Tiny House by the River. New to our property in 2022, we designed it with visitors in mind. The million dollar view will captivate you as you enjoy green pastures at the foot of beautiful mountains from the open front porch.

The tiny house sits in the pasture at the top of our property. We are surrounded by green fields and trees on a high spot in the midst of upper Paradise valley with mountains all around. We often have elk, deer and other wildlife in the pasture.

This tiny house offers 2 bedrooms, a king in one and queen in the other, and 2 bathrooms complete with walk in showers. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. The living room has a large TV with Dish TV and comfortable seating. There is a washer and dryer for guest use. The front porch faces the mountains, has comfy chairs, a small table and chairs and a gas bbq. There is a fenced in grassy yard with an umbrella covered picnic table. As you will find, you will have plenty of room in this tiny house and everything you need for a restful enjoyable vacation. The Yellowstone river (a blue ribbon trout stream)is a short 400 foot walk away. Yellowstone Park is just a scenic ten minute drive away.

We offer a grassy, shaded play area with swing set, tether ball, corn hole game, and volleyball area. For larger groups, we can offer a RV site with full hook ups at an added price. We do have a 4 night minimum stay.

Great Location

Met the owners and they are very nice. They live right on the property and Warren greeted us first day. Nice views of land and also have a lot of elk that come on property at night. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved this tiny house on the river! Beautiful views, convenient location, and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. Chris and Warren were great hosts and we enjoyed their dog Jack as well. Fishing, cornhole, and axe throwing was a nice touch as well. Absolutely recommend their place and hope to be back again some day!

Perfect base for northern Yellowstone

Great quiet place for rest and chill in between exploring Yellowstone.Very friendly and helpful hosts.Elks wander on property and nearby areas, making daily appearances.T-Mobile service a bit spotty here, as well as throughout Yellowstone. Good reception in Gardiner.

We had an amazing time. It was so close to the north gate of Yellowstone national Park. The home was so comfortable, lot of space for two adults. The view from your porch was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to Warren and chris. The owners.

High Quality Comfort and Views

The property and interior were beautiful. Very gracious hosts that we enjoyed talking to during our stay. The beds and bathrooms are pristine. Those views from the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning are unbeatable, and in the evening elk come around without fail! Great recommendations for hiking and bear watching from Warren. Important to note the A/C is just one window unit and a whole house fan system, so may be tough to keep things cool in the summer. Montana doesn’t get super hot though, and we were still comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation!

We have stayed in VRBO properties for years and my husband said this is his favorite! Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything you would need is provided as well as extras - such as binoculars you can use to get an even closer look at the elk that come into the pasture across the road. Or bear spray if you want to hike. Warren is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. He told us where to go to see grizzly bears and sure enough we saw a Mama and 2 cubs. We enjoyed the location and if we’re blessed enough to return we’ll definitely be staying there again!
