  • We visited this location but ideally needed to be there in the afternoon as the sun was on the "wrong" side of the arch. I used a wide lens to capture the arch and didn't attempt to correct the distortion as I felt it added to the picture (for me anyway). It took a long time to get this without hoardes of people in the shot.

National Parks Trip

This was such an amazing property and such a great respite after a day of hiking in Yellowstone. The kitchen was great and well-equipped. Such a convenient location to restaurants. Loved our stay here and will be back if we are ever in this area again. The Host was so welcoming and greeted us on our arrival.

Awesome Gardiner house

This house was an awesome place to stay with close proximity to Yellowstone's North entrance. Beautiful views from the house, great kitchen and plenty of room for all of us. Would love to have stayed longer!

Luxury house!

We stayed here with several other couples for a quick trip to yellowstone. The house was so beautiful and a PERFECT location for a trip to yellowstone. 10/10 would stay again.

Gorgeous home and views!

We booked this to be close to Yellowstone entrance and needed minimum of 4 bedrooms. We were beyond impressed with the property. Beautiful home with even better views looking directly at Yellowstone. Would 100% stay here again if we make it back to Montana.

Great location

Great house! Plenty of room and an amazing view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The back patio looks over the river. It was awesome to sit out there in the evening. We could see a few elk and hear the bull bugle. Thanks for a great trip.

Great spot for groups near Yellowstone

Great spot overall. Very close to Yellowstone entrance (>10m drive) and walkable to bars and grocery store. Lots of space, great kitchen and outdoor spaces. Beds were comfortable. Larger grill and a new wine opener are only recommendations.

Great Location

There were 5 people in our party and we loved this place! Plenty of room, plenty of beds, well appointed and the view was spectacular! Our only regret, that we were so busy visiting Yellowstone NP that we had little time to just sit and relax and enjoy the place. The people at the RV office were friendly and helpful and provided info on local eateries and gave us a good orientation to the property. Overall, very happy with our choice, stay here instead of W Yellowstone, it’s less crowded and easy to access the park.

Wonderful house

The house was exactly as pictured. The views from the house was also amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, as it was very close to the north entrance. The only thing missing was shampoo and conditioner so I would bring your own. Other than that, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip inside Yellowstone

Place has great location. Very clean with rustic appearance. Two balconies big plus overlooking river. Elk on property every day. Great setup for family as main bedroom on first level and other three bedrooms downstairs. Ron and wife(forgot her name sorry) very helpful.

Great Stay

The house is in a great location overlooking the river. Wildlife is abundant and always present. It is 30 seconds from anything you will need. The staff is awesome. They walk you through the house and how everything works. We only had one question during our stay and it was answered immediately. We will go back.

Great Property

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We found the home to be clean, peaceful & appointed with beautiful decor & furniture. (The remote controlled shades were a nice touch). The best part was the views of both the Yellowstone River and Mountains. We all enjoyed the outdoor patio & rocking chairs, along with the occasional sighting of deer and elk. This home is impressive & I would highly recommend, as it is located just outside of Yellowstone National Park, and within walking distance to everything. Definitely a 10/10.

Great Stay...

The house is in a great location sitting above Gardiner with a nice few of the river. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The house has lots of upgrades to it, including motorized blinds. The only drawback to that is past guests, not knowing how to use the remotes to open/close blinds, have caused issues in keeping all the blinds in working order. Otherwise the house was well maintained, comfortable beds, and necessities provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Love at first sight!

We are so grateful! Thank you Ron and Evan and everybody who was welcoming and helpful! Ron responded immediately and happily to every inquiry. My whole family fell in love with this home upon entry. From our easy arrival to the Elk coming to our door to say goodbye upon on departure, we loved every second! Thank you all! We aim to be back!!

Great Location and Amazing View ..

This property has an amazing location and a view to die for when you get up in the morning ! It's conveniently at walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants. The Mgmt was very friendly. The one thing that I wish was better and marred our experience a bit was bad Wi-fi. The Wi-fi in the property needs an upgrade - It was very spotty and we had a challenge managing the kids (almost without internet) once back at the property. Everything else was super good. Will definetly explore to stay again.

Great House for A Group

We were 4 couples who stayed in this house for a visit to Yellowstone. You can see the north entrance from the house, it’s a beautiful view. The beds were comfy and each couple had their own sleeping space. It’s in an RV park which is kinda odd, but it works! We drove an RV so we were able to get in and out and park easily! The only negative was that the WiFi did not work well at all. Don’t plan to stream anything, it won’t work. That’s not what we were there for so we managed with our phones the best we could. Yellowstone is AMAZING, and we would highly recommend staying at this house in Gardiner overlooking the Yellowstone River!!!

3 night stay

Everything was excellent. The 1/2 bath door is unfortunately locked. Bathroom doors usually have a probe on top of the lintel but none there to open it after it happened this afternoon. The office is closed at present. I wish the picture windows were clean to thoroughly enjoy the gorgeous view. The internet often won’t allow us to connect or is too slow to do anything due to many users. Only other things we could have used are facial tissues and bar soap, shampoo, conditioner which would have given you 5 stars.

Amazing views, great property

Great property for a family vacation. I traveled with my mom, brother, and two nieces and a nephew with their significant others, there was plenty of room without feeling crowded. The house is inside the Sun Outdoors RV park so there are a few RV spots close, but we never noticed any noise. Also the manager met us when we drove in and was very helpful walking us through the house. I’m not good at guessing from pictures so for clarification, their is a king bed in the master, and queens in the room with two beds. The master bed in the main floor was really tall which was problematic for mom who has some mobility issues. The patios were our favorite spot to hang out and enjoy the views. You can hear the Yellowstone River running below which is very relaxing. We also had elk back of the house two of the mornings we stayed. Our group was all adults and the house is walking distance to several restaurants downtown. The stairs and patios may be more of a challenge with small kids, but the patios do have good railings. Great time and we loved the house. Definitely recommend
