  • Our fully equipped private modern villa basement sleeps three. It has own bathroom, kitchen and private entrance.

    Located on a quiet country side, only 15 minutes from the Kristianstad city centre (Centrum) by car.

    Quiet neighborhood, comfortable apartment, serene compound, green garden, it provides effective living both for business & pleasure.

    200mtrs from gas station, bus station, pizza shop and supermarket.

    It sleeps 3 with a double King size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

    Easy transportation to city centre for shopping and fine dining as well as close proximity to parks and beaches (15 mins drive to the Åhus beach).
