"The man working the front desk seemed to be the only person working there, period. He was very friendly but understandably overwhelmed. Our room wasn’t ready for check in until 7:30pm (check in at 3:00). Hair in shower, on sheets. Breakfast severely neglected despite having someone assigned. Many patrons were searching cupboards for cups and utensils and it seems they ran out of coffee cups…how??! "
