The view is unbeatable and the apartment is very modern. The host was so friendly!!! If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, no need to look further. The underground garage parking was also very convenient since it was snowing almost everyday while we were there. Thank you!

The perfect place to stay in Garmisch

We loved the apartment. It's ideally located, only 5/10 mins walk from the train station and with a splendid view to the mountains. Very peaceful apart from the odd train but that didn't bother us at all. Amenities in the flat were top notch; the mini washing machine was super handy. Nils and the team who own the flat were very attentive and came out to meet us / show us around the flat (and available by text for any questions). I'd have no hesitation in recommending the flat to a single person/ couple for a few days hiking in the area, We may well be back in the future.

Mountain views and cow bells

We enjoyed our stay in Garmisch. The apartment is a good size for 2 people and the balcony was nice. The location is close to the train station, the old town and in a nice neighborhood. We had no qualms about walking at night. The view from the balcony was nice, except for all the train wires. We loved the sound of the cow bells in the pasture. The only negative was the lack of towels. There were only 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 4 nights. If there had been a clothes dryer, it would not have mattered as much. We washed our towels but they did not dry by morning.

We had a lovely 5 day stay in this beautiful appartment which was central to everything we needed. Great views of the mountains from living and bedroom. The washing machine was a great asset also and our communication with Andrea made everything easy. We fully recommend this appartment

Fantastic property!

Beautiful property exactly as described. Everything has been carefully thought out and the apartment is absolutely pristine. Andrea was more than helpful and I couldn’t recommend her apartment highly enough. The views of the Zugspitze from the apartment are amazing. Really handy to the local bus station and a lovely modern bakery too.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much! It was described perfectly and accurately in every detail. It’s convenience to the train station make it easily walkable to everything in both Garmisch and Partenkirchen making a car unnecessary, should you choose. Andrea was very responsive with communication and greeted us promptly. Our check out was the same with Michael. View in the morning is amazing, the balcony was nice, wish we could have used it more. We highly recommend this property. Thanks!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, super eingerichtet, sehr ordentlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, dass Bett ist relativ fest, was für meinen Partner ein wenig problematisch war, was aber den Aufenthalt nicht weniger schön gemacht hat. Der Check in hat mit dem Vermieter super funktioniert und auch der Check out war super einfach. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Fleck Erde!!

Helle, saubere, sehr nett eingerichtete 2 Zimmerwohnung mit großem Balkon. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns persönlich bei der Ankunft begrüßte und die Wohnung zeigte.Alltagsgegenstände (Geschirr, Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine, Fön, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger usw.) vorhanden. Vermisst haben wir eigentlich nichts. Sogar Ladegerät für Handys, Tablets etc.(USB Ladekabel mitbringen!) war in jedem Zimmer vorhanden!Der Abstellplatz in der Tiefgarage hat uns unnötige Parkplatzsuche erspart.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe, keine 10 Minuten entfernt und das Zentrum ist auch sehr bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Urlaub war richtig erholsam und schön! Und das ist was letztendlich zählt !

Unbedingt empfehlenswert

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Bergstimmung liegt in perfekter Lage in Garmisch und hat unserem Urlaub den perfekten Rahmen gegeben. Es ist ein gemütlicher ja schon fast heimischer Ort für uns gewesen und wir haben auch vor allem den Balkon mit direktem Bergblick sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend und echt herzlich. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Wiederholungspotenzial

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Neubau liegt direkt am Bahnhof mit Blick auf die Berge. Die gesamte Anlage in der das Haus steht wirkt sehr einladend und idyllisch. Die Lage ermöglicht eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt, zur Zugspitzbahn und zu den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung sind ebenfalls vollkommen ausreichend.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Ferienwohnung in Bahnhofsnähe mit Blick auf die Zugspitze

Diese neue und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Die Empfang war sehr angenehm und außergewöhnlich herzlich. Es ist alles vorhanden (Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, Fahrstuhl, Leihfahrräder, moderne und komfortable Küchenzeile, Siebträgerkaffeemaschine, großer Balkon mit Blick auf die Zugspitze). Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder gerne mieten.
