Close to Garmisch train station and yet in a quiet location, it offers an ideal starting point for your adventures in the village and a relaxing retreat after exciting excursions in the region.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the majestic mountains from the west-facing balcony - a sight that will enchant you day after day. Thanks to the perfectly connected and central location, you can also reach all the important places on foot and can travel by train in a relaxed manner.
The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate guest WC provides practical amenities during your stay.

Die Wohnung war supertoll, wir waren total geflasht weil wir damit nicht gerechnet hatten. Auch die Anbindung war sensationell gut, man war überall schnell, egal ob man was in der Umgebung unternehmen wollte oder zum Beispiel mit der Bahn wohin fahren wollte. Auch das Einchecken bzw. Die Einweisung war supertoll, die Telefonate mit dem Büro wurden extrem freundlich beantwortet, also von uns Note 1 mit Sternchen

Gesamteindruck sehr gut, Wohnung geringe Einschränkungen

Der Urlaub gefiel uns sehr gut. Die Lage des Hauses war optimal, alle wichtigen Einrichtungen der Stadt und der Umgebung waren für uns gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Leider mussten wir eher abreisen, da die Rollade vor dem Fenster nicht mehr zu zu bedienen war. Die Einrichtung des kombinierten Wohnraumes bestehend aus Küche, Wohn- und Esszmmers entsprach -hinsichtlich des Wohnzimmers- nicht dem übrigen Niveau. Alles schien uns etwas lieblos.
