Pros: Die 2 Balkone sowie die Sauna waren Mega! Check in sowie Check out waren reibungslos. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Cons: Die Verdunkelung der Zimmer könnten optimiert werden.

Urlaub in Garmisch-Partenkirchen am Sonnenbichl

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit am Sonnenbichl. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet (u.a. Sauna, 2 Südbalkone, sehr gut bestückte Küche), toller Blick auf die Zugspitze. Wie haben unseren Vermieter Franz, der ebenfalls mit seiner Familie in dem Haus wohnt, als sehr offenen und hilfsbereiten Menschen kennengelernt. U.a. hat Franz für unsere Enkelin (2Jahre) einen tollen Kinderstuhl organisiert. Ebenfalls konnten wir unser E-Auto ohne Probleme an einer 220V-Steckdose laden. Auch kann man bereits von der Wohnung direkt zu diversen Wanderungen starten. In 20 Minuten kann man zu Fuß die Stadt Garmisch an der Loisach entlang gut erreichen. Die nahegelegene Hauptdurchgangsstrasse nach Reute ist manchmal im Hintergrund zu hören. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Super Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem super ordentlichen und sehr sauberen Zustand.Außerdem hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich , hilfsbereit bei Ausflugstips und bei Bedarf immer ansprechbar. Die Lage ist super , man ist schnell in Garmisch und Umland. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Franz hat sich direkt nach der Buchung mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und bereits abgecheckt, ob wir im Vorfeld noch was benötigen. Absolut Dienstleistungsorientiert. Wir waren zu dritt (40, 40 und 50) auf einem Mountainbike-Wochenende zu Gast. Die Ausstattung ist topmodern und es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht!!! Die Sauna wurde Samstag nachmittag auch durch uns genutzt und entsprach mit 90°C exakt unseren Gewohnheiten. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, Garage für die Fahrräder, 2 Balkone mit geiler Aussicht über Garmisch in die Berge (u.a. Zugspitze),... Es ist wirklich mega! Franz und Doro sind super freundlich und kompetent und helfen bei allem - wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein mega Dank und Respekt für diese geile FeWo!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung! Besonders gefallen haben uns die moderne Ausstattung mit offenen Dachbalken, die Naturböden und die herrliche Sauna am einzigen Regentag :-) Entspannung pur auch in sehr bequemen Boxspringbetten! Tolles Apartment aber nicht für Familien geeignet

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und erfreut mit schönem Ausblick. Ich würde jungen Familien allerdings von der Buchung abraten, da die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist und der übliche "Kinderlärm" schnell kritisiert wird. Darüber hinaus sollte im Haus nicht gespielt oder Dinge verstellt werden(auch nicht zum Schutz vor Verletzungen ) , da die Gastgeber die Wohnung in einem unbenutzten Zustand wiederfinden möchten. In unserem Fall mussten wir Kinder Knetekrümmel teuer bezahlen (über 100% Aufschlag zur üblichen Reinigung). Für kinderlose Paare ist das Apartment aber auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl.

Super tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selber ist toll aufgeteilt, sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich toll eingerichtet! Durch die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer ist sie für Familien sehr gut geeignet und durch die Sauna total entspannend! Auch an sehr Hilfreiches (Spüli, Spüllappen, Müllbeutel, Seife, usw.) wurde gedacht und als Überraschung gab es z.B. einen Begrüßungsprosecco. Von daher von uns volle Sterne!
