BergZeit - For those seeking peace and quiet and mountain lovers.

Located in a quiet side street, and with the Olympic ski jump and the entrance to the Partnachklamm gorge not far away, this flat not only offers relaxing accommodation for up to four people hungry for time out, but also an ideal starting point for short or long discovery tours in and around Garmisch-Partenkrichen.

In the open-plan living room you will find a cosy seating area with comfortable sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV to relax in, and an inviting dining table to sit together in comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the flat and allow direct access to the sunny terrace.

The modern kitchenette is open to the living room and fully equipped. Here you will find a refrigerator, cooker and oven as well as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the usual cooking utensils that belong to a well-equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms each offer you a comfortable double bed and restful dreams. Wardrobes provide ample storage space and flat-screen TVs provide the necessary entertainment here as well.

The bright daylight bathroom is equipped with a glazed, ground-level shower, washbasin and WC. In addition, the flat has a separate guest WC.

In the basement there is a communal laundry room where you will find your own washing machine and dryer for free use.

The flat also has its own underground parking space. A communal storage room in the underground garage, as well as a bicycle shed next to the house offer you a safe place to store your bicycles.

The BergZeit flat is located with another holiday flat in the same house and can be combined with the neighbouring Chalet Wild flat on request for larger travel groups or families.

Es war so toll! Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich mit allerlei Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Lage perfekt. Vom Hof aus der Blick zur Zugspitze und die Olympiaschanze nur wenige Meter weiter und das bei absoluter Ruhe. Bereits im Vorfeld verlief die Kommunikation wie man es sich wünscht. Es gab sogar die Info, dass wir früher in die Wohnung könnten. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und kommen, wenn es nochmal in die Richtung geht, definitiv nur noch zu euch.

Uns hat es sehr in der Fewo Bergzeit gefallen. Selbst mit 4 Personen war sie groß genug, günstig zugeschnitten und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super bequem, die Terrasse mit Bergblick in der Mittagssonne auch jetzt schon wunderbar zu nutzen. Die Waschmaschine /Trockner waren für die Skifahrer unter uns sehr angenehm und der Tiefgaragenplatz komfortabel. Die 2.Toilette war bei Familiennutzung der Whg ebenfalls angenehm. Vielen Dank für Ihre nette Servicebetreuung im Rahmen der Umbuchung und vor Ort.

Schon im Vorfeld wurde sehr gut kommuniziert was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir wurden noch auf der Hinfahrt telefonisch kontaktiert und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir die Wohnung auch zeitlich früher beziehen können, das hat sehr geholfen. Die nette Außendienstmitarbeiterin hat uns pünktlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt und gezeigt in der FeWo. Der ganze Service war hervorragend, die Kaution nach Auszug wurde auch sofort zurück erstattet. Alles in Allem 5 Sterne für die Wohnung und das Team. Wir kommen wieder vielen Dank.

Schee woars ...

Wie immer reibungslose Abwicklung der Buchung und ein sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Sehr schöne Wohnung, die optimal aufgeteilt ist. Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, Küche gut ausgestattet. Tiefgarage mit Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder optimal. Die ruhige Lage ist sehr schön und dennoch sind viele Orte (Schanze, Kainzenband, Rodelbahn, Ortsmitte Partenkirchen) fußläufig zu erreichen. 1. Der Hinweis in Ihrer Beschreibung auf die Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern sollte dahingehend ergänzt werden, dass hier nur Internet-TV möglich ist (missverständlich) 2. Ein bis zwei Kochlöffel würde die Pfannen und Töpfe schonen. 3. Sehr schlecht fanden wir, dass der große Kühlschrank kein Gefrierfach hatte (gerade im Sommer!!!), was ein häufigeres Einkaufen erforderlich macht. Einlagerung von beispielsweise Eis und Pommes oder die Herstellung von Eiswürfeln ist nicht möglich. 4. Eine Absicherung (z.B. Gitter) der Fenster und Türen in den Schlafzimmer (Erdgeschoß nachts lüften erforderlich, da keine Klimaanlage) wäre gut.
