Stayed as a family of four. Really nice, well equipped apartment. The location is perfect, very quiet, in easy walking distance to the ski lift and into the town centre. Communication with the owner was flawless. Would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Garmisch. It's exceptionally clean, as well as quiet and peaceful, yet located just a few minutes walk both from the Alstadt and the Garmisch Classic ski area. Herr Sieber was an excellent host and responsive to any needs. Thanks, Fritz!

Not far away from the Hausberg cablecar and city center of Garmisch. Nice, modern and clean appartment, with no wishes left open. The view from the appartment on the mountains is maybe not the best, but the mountains are not there to look at, but to hike on :-)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung wirklich genossen. Der Blick auf die Berge beruhigt und fasziniert zugleich. Die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers ist hervorzuheben. Gerne kommen wir wieder. wir wieder.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Total ruhig und sehr Zentrumsnah, sodass man in 7 Minuten, zu Fuß, mittendrinnen ist. Wir, 4 Freunde ü 50, waren Wandern und Biken und haben jeden Tag genossen.

Die Lage ist wirklich wunderbar ruhig. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und durchdacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er gab uns gute Ausflugs- und Restaurant-Tipps. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt im Fereienwohnung 'Mondholz' sehr genossen. Schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und reichhaltig ausgestattet, und in ruhige Lage. Bonus ist der sehr vorkommenden und ausserst freundlichen Eigner/Gastgeber.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zu Fuß braucht man 10 min. ins Zentrum von Garmisch. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, mit guten Tipps für Wanderungen in der Umgebung und Restaurants. Gerne wieder !

Die Ferienwohnung Mondholz ist perfekt. Sie sehr modern eingerichtet und trotzdem gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. If I could give Fritz and his property a 20/10 I would. The accommodation is beautifully presented, well equipped, spacious, warm & cozy. The town of Garmisch is beautiful and such a convenient location to explore wonderful sights, all within an hours drive. Fritz was there to meet us when we arrived. He is so friendly and helpful. He even left us a drink each and some cookies from the local bakery. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a holiday at any time of the year as you will be rewarded with stunning scenery, vistas and sights. Thank you so much Fritz.
