Welcome to the Freiraum holiday flat!

A warm and light-flooded attic flat with a modern interior awaits you. The 1-room flat is equipped with an open-plan living room with eat-in kitchen as well as a dining table. Settle down on the comfortable sofa to watch TV or let your imagination wander while reading in the small reading corner.

The cosy bedroom is located in the open adjoining room. It is equipped with a luxurious box-spring bed, a wardrobe and another sofa bed. You can separate it from the rest of the flat with a curtain to create privacy.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need for the perfect holiday. Here you can let off steam!

The modern bathroom is equipped with a skylight as well as a bathtub including shower support. You will also find a full-length mirror and modern cupboards to store your cosmetics. One more piece of good news: your hairdryer can stay at home, there is already one here!

From the living area you can reach the cosy balcony, where two garden chairs are ready for you.
High ceilings, lots of wood and modern furnishings give this flat a special atmosphere.

It is best suited for 3 people and 1 baby. Baby cot and high chair are available and can be booked for 25 euros extra. The flat has a parking space in the underground car park and free Wi-Fi is available. Animals are not allowed.

Wunderschöne Woche

Die Wohnung war schön, und meistens sehr angenehm und leise. Wir haben das zweite Bett (sofa) benutzt und fand es auch sehr bequem, und es war auch toll, die große Küche zu haben. Für 9 Nächte hätten wir gerne mehr als einen Duschtuch, besonders weil wir fast täglich eine große Wanderung gemacht haben. Der Bus fährt nicht oft, aber sehr pünktlich, und wir haben die Woche ohne Auto ohne Probleme überstanden. Mit einer Waschmaschine wäre diese Wohnung perfekt für längere Aufenthalte. Die Agentur war top- freundlich, hilfsbereit, und immer erreichbar vor der Reise.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Freiraumwohnung war wunderschön. Mit unseren Fahrrädern konnten wir nahezu alle Ausflugsziele direkt erreichen. Das Auto haben wir kaum gebraucht. Mit der digitalen Gästekarte konnten wir auch alle Busse (RVO) benutzen, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung war traumhaft schön und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Alpenferienwohnungsteam war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage

Im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Leider war die Beleuchtung vorwiegend für einen gemütlichen Abend ausgelegt, sobald die Sonne unterging konnte man in der Küche nicht gut kochen, da man zu wenig gesehen hat. Zudem wären Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer wünschenswert gewesen, da man dort das Gefühl hatte, dass die Nachbarn und Passanten direkt ins Bett schauen konnten. Desweiteren war ein Großteil der Steckdosen belegt, wodurch man für eigene Geräte, wie Ladekabel erstmal eine freie Steckdose suchen musste. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt läuft man nur 10 Minuten. Bis in die Innenstadt sind es lediglich 20 Minuten. Leider mussten wir zu jeder Wandertour mit dem Auto fahren, da die Wohnung für Natur Ausflüge doch zu zentral lag.
