This spacious and modern studio apartment with a balcony is centrally located in the Garmisch district and exudes a welcoming atmosphere.

The cozy, newly renovated apartment with stunning mountain views is accessed via an external staircase. This provides the accommodation with a private entrance and a central yet absolutely quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from Garmisch's pedestrian zone.

A bus stop for the local and ski buses, a supermarket, and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Walking paths and the spa park are just a short walk away.

The living area with a large south-facing balcony features an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a seating area, and a cozy corner for relaxing or sleeping. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with three beds under a sloping roof, as well as a shower and toilet.

The apartment is fully equipped for four people. Families with children are very welcome!

Pets are welcome and will feel right at home in the apartment. (€15.00 per night and pet).

A linen package (1 set of bed linen, 1 regular hand towel, 1 bath towel) is mandatory for each guest at €14.00. Additional linens can be booked upon request.

Where available, we can provide a travel cot (€12.00), a high chair (€6.00), or an extra bed (€15.00) in the apartments.

Dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment.
