This spacious one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate 1 to a maximum of 4 people.<br><br>The apartment was completely modernised in 2021. It features high-quality custom woodwork and state-of-the-art technology, such as rain-sensor-controlled skylights, a digital keyless entry system, free Wi-Fi, and an air purifier. <br><br>The apartment features a double bed, as well as a comfortable fold-out sofa bed for two adults and a flat-screen SMART TV.<br><br>The cosy corner bench with a large dining table rounds out the harmonious atmosphere. A spacious walk-in closet and an adjoining attic provide ample storage for clothes and luggage.<br><br>Adjacent to the apartment, opposite the front door, is a fully covered south-facing balcony for exclusive use.<br><br>The new, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senseo Switch coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle—leaves nothing to be desired.<br><br>The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a rain shower, heated floors, and a hair dryer ensures you’ll start your morning off right and end your day feeling refreshed.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: If children aged 0 to 12 are travelling with you, the automatic price calculation will be incorrect! If you have children under 12, do not include them in the number of guests. Children aged 0–5 stay with us for free; children aged 6–12 cost €7.50 per night. Please send the children’s ages to the host via message upon arrival. The price will then be calculated manually.<br><br>Cash Deposit:<br>Please have a cash deposit of €200 ready upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 48 hours after departure, provided the rental property is returned in good condition. <br><br>Tourist tax/guest card:<br>3€ per person per day; children ages 6 to 15: 1€; children under 6 are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
