The afternoon desk Clerk E’nesa is the best there is, she really cares about the guest at the hotel and does everything she can do to help is they need it. I wished she worked ensured where i stay because she is the best.

Parking was good . Kitchen has only a 2 burner stove top. No utensils, pots or dishes. Thé wood floors makes the property seem a little noisy .
Everything for the price is great, however, I don’t travel with pots, pans, silverware, plates.. a bit of an inconvenience to go to a place with the kitchenette without any of those things.

Staff was straight, beds are horrible and they don’t supply absolutely nothing even though it’s a suite with a kitchen. So make sure you bring everything you may need like pots/pans, plates, knives cleaning supplies etc……………….

No they gave me the keys to a dirty room with somebody else’s stuff in it dangerous could have walked in on the wrong person
Ac/heat unit in room was VERY loud shaking the wall. Toilet paper was basically out when i got in the room. Small bug crawling on shower current when i was in the shower.
The room smelled , the staff need to spray or put air freshener in the room, the comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it, the toilet seat was old and worn, needs to be replaced, I stayed 1night in room 101 please fix these issues!

The Staff, the hotel room and the owner Michael. Before I come to the hotel I called and spoke with Valerie about the policies with payments and deposits. She gave me so much different information then what the policies were. She told me that if I book directly through them then the incidental fee would be cheaper than the 3rd party. Expedia is the one 3rd party that charges an incidental fee. Once I got there my a/c wasn’t working and it smelled like an electrical issue was going on in my room. I kindly asked if I could go into another room in which she had to convince the owner that my room was not sufficient and then she moved me to another room. Once I got moved in with my Son, I saw a roach running around the room and it smelled like mildew. Now I was alittle concerned about our safety and health due to everything bout I was willing to give it a shot since we moved out and into to this place. The next day I get a knock on the door at 10:00 am from the front desk receptionist asking if I was checking out. I told her I have a reservation for another day that I paid for and she told me I need to come down and do an incidental fee. I asked her to call the boss in order to get things straight because I have been told several things since before I checked in. The owner Michael solution was to tell me “ I don’t want you to stay at my hotel. You can come get your stuff and leave.” By the time I got to the hotel he had one of the maids attempting to move my stuff out.
We came around 9pm and there was nobody there to greet up. The sign instructing us was on an opposite wall of where we expected it so it took a couple minutes of confusion after a long drive, and then we had to wait for the person manning the desk to arrive. He was in a T-shirt and pajama pants. He was nice but not dressed in a professional way.
The room was less than desirable. What good is a kitchenette with absolutely nothing in the cupboards to use to make or serve a meal? Not even a plastic spork to be had. There wasn't a microwave either so absolutely screwed had we wanted to heat up food.
There were no bedside lamps, only the overhead lights controlled by a wall switch. Bright lights or no lights and I had to get out of bed to turn them off.
The lock on the bathroom door was very hard to open. I had to force the lock and push the door at the same time. If I was older and weaker I would have been stuck there overnight until my family came looking for me.
I would never stay there again.
