"Really good "

"The hotel looks a lovely place but it lacked on customer service and hence the atmosphere was rather cold. There was only one nice waitress and actually talked to us. It is a shame as I represent many large companies and Travel Agents in the UK that are always keen to find the perfect hotel, place etc. for their events. "The property is well integrated with surroundings; the staff are very friendly and helpful"

"Big room, incredibly clean. Really nice stay, hope all the hotel rooms been like that."

"Rude employee working the buffet."

"This was a magical place to visit and stay. So much history, culture and ambience."
