"The kids enjoyed this stay the most out of our 9 day vacation where we stayed in 4 different places as we traveled from Oklahoma, to Florida, then to Georgia before heading to Tennessee. The pool/hot tub, & outdoor sitting area were absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in the suites and they were huge! Absolutely will be booking here again! "

"We enjoyed our experience here. The staff were helpful and nice. They went the extra mile to make us feel special for our stay. My only issue is that the state of the facility, specifically our room was below expectation for the price point of this resort. The rooms are quite dated. Our bathroom had a sewage smell and the room in general looked quite old and tired. I know this is an older and historic property, but it felt like there were updates that could have been made to keep the historic charm while improving the guest experience. The location and the facilities and things to do are abundant. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but would be more interested in returning if there are notable improvements made to the rooms to bring them closer to modern times. 7.5/10. "

"Home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive to questions we had about the area. The beach was close within a couple of miles. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Phyllis"

"Our host was amazing and left a sweet surprise go our anniversary. Super thoughtful! Everything was as it needed to be and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well taken care of. Comfortable bed, great amenities, easy to find, close to everything. Just a great time and great host. "

"Convenient location. Clean house. Bikes were a nice feature. The only thing I'd point out is it is on the main road and you could hear cars passing from the guest bedroom. "

"We really enjoyed staying here! Check-in was easy. Everything was clean & well-stocked. The bath towels were super thick & absorbent. Our king mattress was firm, but comfortable. The area around the townhouse is very nice & just a short drive to the main village. The enclosed porch is attractive, but the main road behind it does have daytime traffic noise. Our daily walks along the tree-lined river road were very peaceful & pretty. We didn't use the beautiful new golf cart because it's only usable in the complex, which is easily walkable."
