"Pros: Very quiet neighboorhood, with little traffic going by. Perfect place to bring a dog, as the entire property is fenced in, and there are nice areas to walk the dog. Cons: No A/C, so in the warmer days it was hard lr impossible to cool down."

"Ich hatte dieses haustierfreie Ferienhaus mit Whirlpool und Sauna gebucht, um ein paar entspannte Wellness-Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Bei der Ankunft wurde schnell klar, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte und das Ferienhaus eindeutig für Hundebesitzer konzipiert war. Die Hundehaare auf dem Bett bestätigten dies. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Rezeption, Kundendienst und Dormio stellte sich heraus, dass Belvilla die volle Verantwortung für die Mängel übernahm. Belvilla bearbeitet unsere Beschwerde...
