Come and discover this charming ground floor T2 cabin for 4 people, with a terrace, located in the "Les Marines de Gassin" residence, benefiting from direct access to the beach, a superb 650 m² lagoon pool (open from May 23rd to early October), and 2 tennis courts.

This 47m² apartment is the perfect choice for your next vacation with friends or family.

Enjoy the terrace and access to the pool and the sea.

It consists of a large terrace where you can enjoy pleasant meals, an entrance with closets, a bedroom with a ceiling fan and mosquito net on the window, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room with equipped kitchen, and a cabin with a double sofa bed.

You will be 150m from the beach, 200m from restaurants, and only 6 km from St-Tropez.

For your comfort: flat-screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, assigned parking space, pool, beach, and tennis court.
