It’s a beautiful house, very comfortable and the owner went above and beyond to make us welcome. I appreciate that there were condiments, butter and water in the fridge. A coffee maker and coffee. A nice sitting area and dining room table plus a cozy eating nook in the kitchen. The decor was lovely. I will definitely make a return visit here!

Great getaway

This property is charming, and the host is wonderful. It is very close to the highway but because it’s located within a small town road noise is not an issue. Beautiful grounds with tulips, mature trees, and other flowers/plants that are home to owls, rabbits, and other wildlife that we enjoyed watching from the porch swing. The house is cozy and freshly remodeled. We had a great escape here and will be returning.

Rainy weekend

Nice property, needed a tv on a rainy weekend. Most people have streaming capabilities, all you need is a cheap smart tv, no cable or antenna.

When we got to the house we have not received the door code. We finally got the code from Vrbo and got into the house there was somebody else there already. There was some kind of mixup with the host. We stayed at a hotel the first night and came home the next day after not finding a hotel room. We were supposed to be there two nights but decided just to go back home. We have used Vrbo quite a few times and will use again but this was a very bad experience. Just glad we were not too far from home.

The house is a quaint, well loved property that was comfortable for our four-night stay. It had a couple of issues, but I am giving this property five stars, because Charlene was very attentive and even gave us a credit because the dishwasher was uncooperative. Charlene is a lovely lady who is very passionate about her childhood home and wants her tenants to have positive experiences. The property is located right off a main road, but surprisingly, you could barely hear any traffic noise.It was well equiped with a fridge, drip coffee maker and washer and dryer. It has three bedrooms, one of which has two large bunk beds. Thank goodness for the smart TV in the living room as we were able to cast our shows from our phones to the TV!If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable option for your stay, this is the place.
