✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation house. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available, and we ask that you properly dispose of cigarette butts. If there is smell of smoke inside the property, there is a fee of $2000

✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
✔️ Security: Lock all doors/windows when away; secure valuables; use safety equipment provided
✔️ Respect the home: Avoid damage, keep clean, and return items/furniture/appliances to original place
✔️ No running or horseplay on the lanai or around the pool
✔️ Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ By county ordinance, all vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and not on the street. guests can enjoy the garage and a long driveway.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
